We also provide optional upgrades such as styled chair covers, signage, flower garlands, candles, and welcome favors. For clients looking for something truly unique, we offer custom design services tailored to your vision, theme, and event needs.

I am not a decorator, will this be easy for me to set up?

Yes. Every décor kit is intentionally designed for women who don’t have the time, energy, or desire to style a full tablescape from scratch. Each kit comes with coordinated pieces that naturally work together, so there’s no guesswork, no overwhelm, and no need for decorating experience. Each kit comes with a style guide.
Our setups are simple, intuitive, and beautifully curated — giving you the look of a professionally styled event without hiring a coordinator or event decorator. You just unpack, place, and enjoy a stunning tablescape in minutes.
How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 2–4 weeks before your event if you are renting one of our décor kits to ensure availability and give us time to prepare your décor kit. Because our designs are curated and often in high demand, booking early helps secure your preferred theme, add‑ons, and delivery date.
If you are placing a customized order, we recommend at least 4-6 weeks before your event to allow time to design and curate your customized selections.
If your event is coming up sooner, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last‑minute requests based on inventory and schedule.
How long can I keep the décor kit?

You can keep your décor kit for up to 24 hours after your event ends, giving you plenty of time for setup, hosting, and easy cleanup. This window is designed to keep the process stress‑free for busy women who want a beautiful celebration without rushing. If you need the kit for a longer period, just let us know. Extended rentals may be available depending on our schedule and inventory.
What are your policies for cancellation and rescheduling?

We understand that plans can change. There is no penalty for cancellation up to three days following the signing of the agreement. The deposit is 100% refundable. After three days, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. The cancellation request must be received via email.
Orders can be rescheduled with no penalty up to 7 days before your event. The request must be received via email at info@prettylittlegathering.com. If you need to make changes within 7 days, an adjustment fee equaling 10% of your purchase will be applied to cover preparation already completed.
How does payment work?

Clients will receive invoices to make payments. A 25% deposit is required. Various payment options are available, including credit and debit cards and buy now pay later options.
